That your Petitioner on the 18th. day of May inst
we, Sworn in to the Office of Constable for the Parish of
St Giles in the Field in the said County ofMiddx

That your Petitioner's Business consists of
Burging L [..] Cattle and in crossing his Attention for
These days in each Week to sapport a Large Family
of a Wife and Children of White there is Six in Fer [..]
and has not been [..] to Three Years in He send
Parish and the support of his Family inter [..] y
depend on your Petitioner

That your Petitioner is Prepared with a Substitute
to Hill the said Aff [..]

Your Petitioner humbly prays that
your Worship be pleased to Order yourOrder
Petitioner to be discharged on Producing a Substitute
who is a Housekeepeer in the said Parish for
Farteen Years and pays all Taxes and will
duly Qualify himself if the Court bell
