You were bound to appear and pros: Edward Shaw< no role > in
May- Session last at HICKS-HALL , in Saint John-Street , but not
appearing your Recognizance is become forfeited; and
will be Estreated into the Court of Exchequer , from whence
Execution will proceed for the levying forty
Pounds on your Goods and Chattels; unless Care be taken
to Stop Proceedings, by an Application for a Respite at the
next Session, which will begin at HICKS-HALL aforesaid
on the eighteenth Day of October next.
