That he some Time Since became Borned for
the sd. William Bennetts Appearance at this
Court On the said Indictment That he has used
his best Endeavours to bring the Said Deft
here but without Effect The Said Deftof the
[..] having Absconded But if he had now
the process of this Court to Compell him here
dont doubt but he shall be able so to do
and without which he Verily believes he
shall not be able to [..] it
