Edward
Richard Faster< no role > of Paved Alley in the Parish
of Saint Games Westminster in the County of
Middlesex Yeoman maketh Oath he was at the last May
Session bound ever to appear and Prosecute
Edward Shaw< no role > For a Felony as a Witness And the
Deponent further saith he was Ill and not being
smith of the time of his appearing in order to preferr
a Bill of Indictment against him for the said Offence
the said Edward shaw< no role > was discharged as this
Deponent in informed and veily believer
And the Deponent further saith that he being
intirely ignorant of the nature of Recognizances
did not Appear and that the said Edward
Shaw< no role > was discharged with out any Collusion
or deceit or there the means or artifict of this
Deponent or any person for him but if this
Deponent had known of the Session and the
time to Appear he would have Attended
if at the utmost inconvenience and pent of
his life
