Take Notice that we the abovenamed Defendants were on Monday
last Surrended in discharge of our Bail at this present General
Quarter Session of the peace now holden at Hicks Hall in Saint Johns Street
in and for the County of Middlesex to the Custody of the Keeper of
New prison Clerkenwell in the County aforesaid in which prison
we are now Confined and have pleaded not Guilty And also take
Notice that we shall be brought into the said Court on Saturday
next at eight of the Clock in the forenoon of the same day and their
and there try our Traverse on the Indictment preferred by you
against us dated this 20th day of October 1779
