Olave in Southwark
in the County of Sury
Sheweth
That by a Warrant or order of removal dated the
9th day of September last under the hands and Seals of

Esqr and the Reverend Parker
Rowlings clerke
Sarah Harris< no role >
the wife of
George Harris< no role >
(who
by such warrant is said to have lately deserted and left her)
and her two Children Vizt.

aged four Years and

aged Eight Months are removed from the
parish of Saint George
in Middlesex
to the said Parish
of St. Clave in Southwark
where they are now chargeable
That the said George Harris< no role >
the Husband of the said
Sarah Harris< no role >
and Father of the said two Children Mary
Harris< no role >
and Esther Harris< no role >
having rented a house in Fox's
Lane in the parish of Saint Paul Shadwell
in the County
of Middlesex
your Petitioners humbly apprehend their last
legal Settlement to be in such parish and not in the
parish of Saint Olave Southwark
and that therefore
said parish of Saint Olave
Southwark
ought not to
burthened with the Charge and Expence of maintainings of the said paupers
Wherefore your Petitioners humbly appeal
against the said Warrant or order of Removal and
pray that the same may be discharged and that your
Petitioners may be paid for
maintaining the said paupers Together with the Costs
of thisappeal by the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the poor of the said parish of St George
Middlesex
or
that your Petitioners may such other relief in
the Promisses as to your Worships shall seem meet
and your Petitioners will ever pray Etc
