To the Church-Wardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the Parish of Christ-Church
in the County of Middlesex , and to the
Church-Wardens and Overseers of the
poor of the Parish of Saint George in
the said County

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto
Us, Two of his Majesty's Justices of the
Peace acting in and for the County of MIDDLESEX
aforesaid (one whereof being of the QUORUM), by
are Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of CHRIST CHRUCH , That Jane
Palmer
< no role > Widow and her Two Children (NB)
John< no role > of the age of Four years and upwards
and Jane< no role > of the age of Seven Months
thereaboutshave lately intruded, and
come into the said Parish of CHRIST CHURCH , and
are become chargeable to the same. We
the said Justices, upon examination of the Premises
upon Oath, and other Circumstances, do adjudge
the same to be true, and do also adjudge the Place
of the last legal Settlement of the said Jane Palmer< no role >
Widow and her said Two Children John and
Jane is in the said Parish of Saint George
in the said County of Middlesex

THESE are therefore in his Majesty's Name,
to require you, on Sight hereof, to remove
and convey the said Jane Palmer< no role > and her said
Two Children John and Jane
from and out of your said Parish of CHRIST
CHURCH, to the said Parish of Saint George

and them to deliver unto the Church-wardens and
Overseers of the Poor there, or to some or one of
them, together with this our Order, or a true Copy
hereof, who are hereby required to receive and pro-
vide for them according to Law. Given
under our Hands and Seals this 17th Day
of August One Thousand Seven Hundred
and Seventy Nine
