WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto Us, two of
His Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the County
of Middlesex , (whereof one is of the Quorum) by Church-
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint
Pancras , in the said County: That Penelope Lambe< no role >

lately come to inhabit in the said parish of Saint Pancras , not
having gained a legal Settlement there, nor produced any Cer-
tificate, Owning her to be settled elsewhere
And it appeareth unto Us the said Justices, and we do adjudge
That she is likely to be chargeable to the
said Parish of Saint Pancras; and upon Examination of the
said Penelope Lambe< no role >
taken upon Oath, it
farther appeareth unto Us, and we do likewise adjudge, That
the Parish of Saint Botolph without Aldgate
London aforesaid
is the Place of the last legal Settlement of the said
Penelope Lambe< no role >

These are therefore in His Majesty's Name to Charge and Com-
mand the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
said Parish of Saint Pancras , forthwith to remove and convey
the said Penelope Lambe< no role >
from and out of the said Parish of Saint Pancras to the said
Parish of Saint Botolph without Aldgate
and deliver her
to the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor there, or to
some or one of them, who are hereby required to provide for
her according to Law. Given under Our Hands and
Seals the 30th Day of September One Thousand
Seven Hundred and Seventy Nine
