aforesaid (one whereof being of the Quorum bearing date the Tenth day of
August One Thousand Seven hundred and Seventy nine

(impressed into his Majesty's Service) and their
two Children (vizt.) Katherine of the Age of Six Years and upwards and
James of the Age of

from and out of the Parish of Christ Church

to the said Parish of Saint Catherine Cree Church London
as the Place of the last legal Settlement of the said

Your Petitioners conceiving themselves aggrieved by the said
Warrant or Order of Removal of the said two Justices Do
therefore humbly appeal to this Court against the same
Praying such Relief in the promises as to their Court
