Take Notice that we the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of Saint Catherine Cree Church otherwise Christ Church London Where Names
are hereunto Subscribed Do Intend to appeal at the next General Session of the Peace in and
for the said County of Middlesex to be held on Monday the Thirteenth day of this instant
September at Hicks Hall in Saint in the said County against aPassWarrant or Order of Removal
bearing date the Tenth day of August last under the hands and Seals of John Spiller< no role > and
David Wilmot< no role > Esquires two of [..] his Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the said
County of Middlesex (one where of being of the Quorum) whereby Elizabeth Stevenson< no role >
the Wife of James Stevenson< no role > impressed into his Majesty's Service) and their two
Children (vizt.) Katherine< no role > of the Age of Six Years and upwards and James< no role > of the Age
of four Years and upwards were removed and conveyed from and out of the said
Parish of Christ Church in the County to the said parish of Saint Catherine Cree Church
as the Place of the last legal Settlement of the said Elizabeth Stevenson< no role > and her said two
Children Katherine and JamesDated this first day of September in the Year of our
Lord One Thousand Seven hundred and Seventy nine
