& Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of Uffington
in the County of Berks
Sheweth
That by Virtue of an
PassOrder under
the Hands & Seals of two of His Majestys Justices of the
Peace
for the County of Middlesex
(whereof one is of the
Quorum) bearing date the 9th day of August last past

impressed into His Majesty's Service & their two Children
namely Elizabeth aged about two Years & James aged about
Seven Months were removed from the Parish of Saint Andrew
Holborn to the said Parish of Uffington
in the said County
of Berks as the last legal Place of their Settlements by
which your Petitioners conceive themselves aggrieved
& appeal to this Court against the said

Your Petitioners therefore pray your
Worships will be pleased to hear &
determine the matters touching this
appeal & give them such Relief in the
Premisses as to your Worships shall
Seem meet
And your Petitioners shall for ever pray
