The Humble petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor
of the parish of Saint Ann and Ager within Aldersgate London

Sheweth

That by Virtue of an Order or pass Warrant under the Hands and Seals of two of his
Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the said County of Middlesex (one being of the
Quorum) Dated the Fourth day of September Instant Elizabeth Distance< no role > Single Woman
was Removed from the parish of Saint Mary whitechapel in the County of Middlesex
to the said parish of Saint Ann within Aldersgate by the descripption of the
Parish of St. Ann within Aldersgate in the City of London as the place of her last
legal Settlement.

That Your Petitioners Conceive themselves Aggrieved by the said
Ordered Judgment of the said Two Justices and therefore
