This is to give Notice to you and every of open that they
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of Saint James within the City and Liberty of Westminster
and County of Middlesex Do intend as the next
General Sessions of the Peace to be holden at Hicks
Hall in and for the County of Middlesex on Monday
the thirteenth Day of September Instant to commence and
prosecute an Appeal agt. an Order of Rernoval under
the Hands and Seals of Cad Coker< no role > and W Blackborow
Esquires two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for
the said County (one whereof is of the Quorum) bearing
Date the 1st. [..] Day of September Instant whereby
Frances Southcoll< no role > by the Name of Frances Askew< no role >
Singlewoman and her Male Bastard Child named John
Montague< no role > aged about 5 Years were removed and conveyed
from the said Parish of Saint Lukes to the said Parish
of Saint James as the Place of their last legal
Settlement Dated this Eighth Day of September 1779
