these Men said to the Officer Sr. Weare Flankd from
the Tap Room And Upon this the Officer Orderd
them Out of the House That then Informant made
his Excape out at a Window And soon afterwards
Informant Askd the Commanding Officer to Let him
in the House again to Assist the Landlord his Friend
That the Officer Answerd If he had a Mend to Come in
and be Indicted for Murder Knight for that every One
that Was in the House should be Indicted for the
Murder of the Soldier who was Killed
And if Your have a Mind to Apply for Conduct to get
into the House You must Apply to Fieldings Men
for We are under their CommandThat Informt.
did Come in again And then he Saw Mc. Coy Dead
That he had not Seen [..] him till Informant
returned into the House again
