Who being upon Oath severally say that on Saturday Night last
they went into a Room up one pair of Stairs at the Dolphin in Cock
Lane adjoining to the Room from whence the Cutters fired, that
they there found a person now present who calls himself
WilliamDaniel

in Bed quite covered over with the Cloaths who said he
was a Lodger in the house and a Sick Man, that they took him
out of Bed and Saw a Blunderbuss upon the Chair by his Bed
Side, say that on the Landing Place at the Top of the Stairs at the Bottom
of which the Soldier was killed they found several Pistols
and Cutlasses which they took up and gave to a person to bring
away
