enquiring when the sd. George Medlar wod. be put upon his Trail be was
informed that as had been discharged soon after the sitting of this Honorable
Court that Morning for want of this Deponents attending to give Evidence
And Lastly this Dept. saith Nothing but such an unexpected and
unavoidable Accident as he has before stated should have prevented him
from according to give Evidence against the said George Medlar & from in
every respect complying with his Recognizance.
