Maketh Oath That he some since become Bail for the said
Defendant At the New Guild hall Westminster
for their Appearance at the
then following Session Saith that the Defendants Appeared at such
Session having previously taken out a Venore But were not in Court
when called for so on Application of the Prosecutortheir Recognizance
their recognizance was Ordered to be EstreatedThat afterwards and
before the Court broke up the Defendants Appeared when it was Aggreed
that all Matter in Difference (As their were Suits at Common Law
depending should be left to the Arbitrament of Mr Manley the Foreman
of the ten Traverse Jury Which Office the said Foreman Accepted of
Saith that he has been since Crectibly Informed and Believes that
that Arbitration Bonds were Accordingly Entered into And that about
the Month of May last the Arbitrator had the same delivered to him
and proceeded upon the Trust And has since made his Award [..]
But on Application by this Deponent to the said Mr Manly he
Said his Award was ready to be delivered but would not tell this
Deponent the Contents as he was not paid for the Charge and
Expence of Making thereof And Saith that both the Prosecutor
and Defendants are Absconded fearing the Event of such heard
Sworn in Court this
