Matthew Drake< no role > of Fregwell Court Charles House Lane in
the Parish of Saint Sepulchre in the County of Middlesex
Victualer maketh Oath That he has not received any Notice
of Tryal from the Defend ant in the above Cause not has
any Notice of Tryal been left for this Deponent at his House
in Frogwell Court, or Elsewhere that this Deponent has been,
able to find out or Discover, on making a Strict Seurch, and
Enquiry touching the same throughout, his Family, And this
Deponent verily beleives not any Notice of Tryal has been at,
all given.
