the above named Deft. maketh Oath
& saith that she Was bound in a Recognizance before
Justice Martin [..] appear on this Court in last April
Session to prosecute one Philip Hare< no role >
for Stealing a Clook
And this Deponent further saith that during all the said
Session she was so violently Ill of a Fever that she was coneth
to quit her Apartment so that she could not possibly appear
in this Court to Prosecute the said Philip Hare< no role >
And this
Deponent further saith that she did not stay away through
favor to the said Philip Hair< no role >
or out of Contempt of this Honble
Court but on the contraryfully in [..] nded to have Prosecuted
the said Philips Hare had it not been for the Cause
aforesaid
