Cummerford< no role > of Drury Lane in the County aforesaid the Defendant
abovenamed severally make Oath and say And first
this Deponent Richard [..] Commorford for himself saith that
he this Deponent was in June last bound over to appear in
June last at Hicks Hall in Saint John Street to answer at
the same Session And afterward. an Indictment was
found but afterwards settled as appears by the paper Writing
hereto annexed And this Deponent saith that the Prosecutor
hath since absconded but where he is to be found this
Deponent doth notnowknow And this Deponent
George Wetherstone for himself saith that he was a
Subscribing Witness to the paper Writing hereto annexed And
did see She had Other persons also Subscribe their Names
as Witness thereof
