these Deponents were bound over at the Rotation Office in
Litchfield Street in the Parish of Saint Ann

aforesaid to prosecute above named Defendant
for haeing Feloniously taken and Ce [..] ed away one filees

Recognizance Entred into a Bill of Indictment was preferred
to the Grand Inquest for the above Offence which was
found and being Called in Court to attend in the Old Bailey

there a Considerable this day was informed that the above
named Deft was this day acquited at this Honourable
Court an on Account of such Neglect and these Deponts
