Elizabeth< no role > the Wife of John Smith< no role > of Bukridge Street
in the Parish of Saint Giles in the Fields in the County of
Middlesex Brewer and Thomas Burges< no role > of the same
place Perukemaker severally make oath and say that they
these Deponents were bound over at the Rotation Office in
Litchfield Street in the Parish of Saint Ann Westminster
aforesaid to prosecute above named Defendant
for haeing Feloniously taken and Ce [..] ed away one filees
tea spoon the property of his Deponent [..] Husband
John Smith< no role > And this Deponents say that in Prosuance of their
Recognizance Entred into a Bill of Indictment was preferred
to the Grand Inquest for the above Offence which was
found and being Called in Court to attend in the Old Bailey these
Deponents Attend Prosecute there to [..] the hours of ten
of Friday last in the E [..] but [..] waiting
there a Considerable this day was informed that the above
named Deft was this day acquited at this Honourable
Court an on Account of such Neglect and these Deponts
being intirely [..] of the Consequence fee of Neglected to
give against the said Prisoner pursuant to the sd [..]
