You were bound for the Appearance of Thomas
Hopkins
< no role > at January Session last
at the GUILDHALL, in King-Street, Westminster , who not
appearing, you Recognizance is become forfeited; and
will be Estreated into the Court of Exchequer , from whence
Execution will proceed for the levying forty
Pounds on your Goods and Chattels; unless Care be taken
to Stop Proceedings, by an Application for a Respite at the
next Session, which will begin at the GUILDHALL aforesaid
on the 27th Day of April next,
