At the General Quarter Sessions of the Peace of our
Sovereign Lord the King holden for the County of Middlesex at the
Guildhall King Street Westminster
on Monday the First day of December in the Eighteenth year of the Reign of our
Sovereign Lord George the third by the Grace of God of Great Britain France
and Ireland King Defender of the Faith and so forth

It is ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the parish of Saint Luke in the County of
Middlesex have Notice of this Appeal and that they and all Persons
concerned Do attend this Court on Thursdaynext at Nine
of the Clock in the Fore Noon to hear and abide the Judgment and
determination of this Court touching the said Appeal
