The humble petition and Appeal of the Church Wardens
and Overseers of the poor of the parish of Saint anne within the
Liberty of Westminster
in the said County.
Sheweth
That by virtue of an Order under the hands and seals of John Cox< no role >
and William Gascoigne< no role >
Esquires two of his Majesty's Justices of the peace
in and for the County of Middlesex
(whereof one is of the Quorum) bearing
Date the Sixth Day of November last Mary Gobby< no role >
the Wife of George
Gobby< no role >
(in the said order mentioned and desoribed to be the Wife of John
Gobby< no role >
) gone from her and their two Children namely George< no role >
aged Five
Years and Susana< no role >
aged three years were removed and conveyed from
the parish of Saint Pancras
in the said County to the said Parish of Saint
Anne
as the place of the last legal Settlement of the said John Gobby< no role >
and Mary his Wife and their said two Children Whereby your Petitioners
conceive themselves to be aggrieved.
Your Petitioners therefore humbly appeal to the Court
against the Adjudication of the said two Justicesof the said two
Justicesand their said Order and pray that your Worships
will please to appoint some Day in this present session for the
hearing and determining the said appeal And to Order that
the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the said
Parish of Saint Pancras
and all persons concerned do
then attend this Court
