That by Virtue of an Order of Removal under the Hands and

Esquire two of his
Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the County of Middlesex
bearing date the Seventeenth day of November One thousand
Seven hundred and Seventy Seven William Oxhart< no role >
aged
about three Years therein mentioned to be the lawful Son of
William Oxhart< no role >
and Sarah< no role >
his Wife was removed from the Parish
of Saint Lukes
in the said County of Middlesex
to the said Parish
of Allhallows Lombard Street
as the Place of his last legal Settlement
That your Petitioners conceiving themselves aggrieved by
the said Order do humbly appeal against the same
Your Petitiones therefore humbly pray your
Worships to appoint a day in this present Sessions
for hearing and determining the said Appeal
And your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc
