Take Notice that I shall move the Court of the Quarter
Session of the Peace for the County of Middlesex to be held by
Adjournment at Hicks Hall in Saint John Street on Saturday
next being the twenty first day of this instant October between
the Hours of twelve and one of the Clock of the same day or
so soon after as Council can be heard that day that the
Recognizance entred into before George Wright< no role > Esqr. one
of his Majesties Justices of the Peace for the same County
on the twentieth day of September last for my Appearance
(together with Abraham Talboys< no role > of Fullwoods Rents Holborn
and Christopher Fuller< no role > of Red Lion Passage both within the
same County as Sureties for me) at Hicks Hall aforesaid
this present Session to answer the pretended Complaint of
the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of Saint Mary Le Bone in the said County for deserting
Elizabeth Robinson< no role > my Wife and leaving her chargeable
on the said Parish contrary to the Statute in that case made
and Provided may be discharged unless you shew good cause
to the contrary Dated the 17th Day of October 1775

of them And Also to Mr. Cockman
Vestry Clerk of the same Parish}
