YOU were bound for the Appearance of Charles Webb< no role >
at July Session last
at HICKS-HALL , who not appearing, your Recognizance is
become forfeited; and will be Estreated into the Court of
Exchequer , from whence Execution will proceed for the
levying ten Pounds on your Goods and
Chattels; unless Care be taken to stop Proceedings, by an
Application for a Respite at the next Session, which will
begin at HICKS-HALL on the 16th Day of
Octo Inst

Be there about Three o' Clock; and
bring this Letter with you, or
come to my Office for Advise.}
