for willful and Corrupt Perjury in her Testimony as a Witness
in a Cause now tried in this Court here between our Lord the King and

and others in a case of Riot and Assault and It is
Ordered that it be and it is hereby referred to some one of his Majesty's
Justices of the Peace
for this County sitting at the Rotation Office
in Litchfield Street acting in Holborn Division (on Two Days Notice
previously to be given by the Defendant of the Names Additions and place
of above of the person or present intending to become Bail for her appearance [..] to the said

[..] to take good and Sufficient Bail for the personal
appearance of the saidDefendantMary Thirlwind next at thesaidSession of the peace to
