At the General Session of the Peace of our Lord the King
holden in and for the County of Middlesex at Hicks Hall
in Saint John Street (by adjournment) on Tuesday the
Seventeenth day of October in the fifteenth Years of the
Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the third King of
Great Britain Etc.

It is Orderd by the Court that Mary Thirlwind< no role > heis by the Court here committed to New
Prison for willful and Corrupt Perjury in her Testimony as a Witness
in a Cause now tried in this Court here between our Lord the King and
Richard Warring< no role > and others in a case of Riot and Assault and It is
Ordered that it be and it is hereby referred to some one of his Majesty's
Justices of the Peace for this County sitting at the Rotation Office
in Litchfield Street acting in Holborn Division (on Two Days Notice
previously to be given by the Defendant of the Names Additions and place
of above of the person or present intending to become Bail for her appearance [..] to the said
Richard Warring< no role > [..] to take good and Sufficient Bail for the personal
appearance of the saidDefendantMary Thirlwind next at thesaidSession of the peace to
be holden for this County to answer all such Matters and things as shall
be objected against her touching the said [..] offence
