same Place Coach Harness Maker jointly and severally make Oath
and first the said Thomas Davies< no role > for himself saith that he this [..]
Deponent did on Wednesday the Eleventh Day of October Instant
personally serve Thomas East< no role > the prosecutor in this Cause with
the Notice of Trial hereunto annexed by delivering to him the said
Thomas East< no role > a true Copy thereof Signed by this Deponent and
the said Deponent Michael Perkins for himself saith that he
was present and did see the said other Deponent Thomas
Davies< no role > deliver such Notice of Trial to the said Prosecutor at
