YOU were boundfor the Appearance of to prosecute
George Robinson< no role > alias Agnus< no role > at April Session last
at HICKS-HALL , who not appearing, your Recognizance is
become forfeited; and will be Estreated into the Court of
Exchequer , from whence Execution will proceed for the
levying Forty Pounds on your Goods and
Chattels; unless Care be taken to stop Proceedings, by an
Application for a Respite at the next Session, which will
begin at HICKS-HALL on the 16th Day of
Octr. insth.

Be there about Three o' Clock; and
bring this Letter with you, or
come to my Office for Advice.}
