William Bullook< no role > of New Round Court in the Parish of Saint Martin
in the Fields in the County of Middlesex Gentleman an Maketh Oath
and saith That Humphry Fort< no role > the abovenamed Defendant
is a Prisoner for Debt in his Majestys Prison of the Kings
Bench and Unable to Attend this Honourable Court or to
go to Trial (on the Indictment preferred against him in
this Honourable Court) this present General Quarter
Sessions of the peace holden in and for the County of
Middlesex But the said Defendant Humphrey Fort< no role > is
in hopes of being discharged from his said Confinement
very soon and to be able to go to Trial on the said
Indictment at the next General Quarter Sessions of the
Peace to be holden in and for the said County of Middlesex
as he the said Defendant Humphry Fort< no role > hath informed
this Deponent
