oath that her said Husband was in a State of Insanity at
the time of his Entering into Recognizance to appear at the
last General Quarter Session of the Peace held at Hicks Hall
in and for the Counts of Middlesex to prosecute Mary
Guess and had been in same a Month previous thereto

Sworn in Court at Hicks Hall
in Wednesday the 18th. Octr. 1775}
