You were bound toappear at prosecute Mary Guess< no role >
Session last at HICKS-HALL , but not appearing, your Re-
cognizance is become forfeited; and will be Estreated into
the Court of Exchequer , from whence Execution will pro-
ceed for the levying Sur [..] Pounds on your
Goods and Chattels; unless Care be taken to Stop Proceed-
ings, by an Application for a Respite at the next Session,
which will begin at HICKS-HALL on the 16th.
