WHEREAS Complaint has been made has been made unto us, two
of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for
the County of Middlesex
(one whereof being of the
Quorum), by the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of Saint Giles in the fields
in the said
Count, That

Widow of
Richard

deceased is
lately come into the said Parish, endeavouring to settle
there, contrary to Law. And it appeareth unto us the
said Justices, and we do adjudge that She is likely
to become chargeable to the said Parish; and upon Exa-
mination of the Premises taken upon Oath, and other Cir-
cumstances, it further appeareth unto us, and we do like-
wife adjudge, that the Parish of Saint Botolph without
Bishopsgate
London
is the Place of the lase legal

These are therefore in His Majesty's Name to Charge and
Command the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Said Parish of Saint Giles in the fields
forthwith
to remove and convey the said

from the said Parish of Saint Giles in the Fields
to the
said Parish of Botolph
[..] without Bishopsgate
and deliver her to the Church-wardens and Overseers
of the Poor there, or to some or one of them, who are
hereby required to provide for her according to Law.
