To the Right Worshipfull his Majestys Justices of the
Peace for the County of Middlesex at their General
Session of the Peace Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal
of the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Mary
White Chapel in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by a Warrant or Order under the Hands and
Seals of John Walford< no role > ad Cad: Coker< no role > Esqrs. two of his
Majestys Justices of the Peace in and for the County of
Middlesex (One whereof is of the Quorum) bearing
date the Twenty sixth day of August One thousand
seven hundred and seventy four Susanah Frankis< no role >
Singlewoman and her three Bastard Children Namely
Sarah< no role > aged about Six Years Susanah< no role > aged about
Four Years and John< no role > aged about Eighteen Months
(who are with her for Nurture) were removed and
conveyed from the Parish of Saint Luke in the
County of Middlesex aforesaid to the said Parish
of Saint Mary White Chapel as the Place of the last
legal Settlement of the said Susannah Frankis< no role >

Your Petitioners conceiving
themselves Aggreived by the said
Order of Removal Do humbly appeal
to this Court against the same
Praying such Releif in the premises
as to this Court shall seem meet

And Your Petitioners shall
ever pray Etc
