WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto us, two of
His MAJESTY'S Justices of the Peace in and for the
County of MIDDLESEX (one whereof being of the
Quorum) by the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of St. LUKE , in the said County, That Susanna
Frankis
< no role > Single Woman and her three Bastard
Children Namely Sarah< no role > aged about Six Years Susanna< no role >
aged about four Years and John< no role > Aged about Eighteen
Months have
lately come into the said Parish, endeavouring to settle there,
contrary to Law. And it appeareth unto us the said Justices,
and we do adjudge that they are liklely to become charge-
able to the said Parish; and upon Examination of the said
Susanna Frankis< no role > taken upon Oath,
it further appereth unto us, and we do likewise adjudge, that
the Parish of Saint Mary White Chapple in the
County of Middlesex
is the Place of the last legal Settlement of the said Susanna
Frankis

These are therefore in His MAJESTY'S Name to Charge and
Command the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
said Parish of St. LUKE , forthwith to remove and convey the said
Susanna Frankis< no role > and her three Bastard Children
(for Nature )
from the said Parish of St. LUKE , to the said Parish of
Saint Mary White Chapple and deliver them to the
Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor there, or to some
or one of them, who are hereby required to provide for them
according to Law. GIVEN unde our Hands and Seals
the 26th Day of August 17 74

To the Church-Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the respective Parishes
of St. LUKE , in the County of MID-
DLESEX, and Saint Mary
Whitechapple in the said County

and to all other Officers whom it may
concern.
