Separate Indictments for assaults

Anne Cox< no role > of the Parish of Saint Mary White chapel
in the County of Middlesex Wife of Joseph Cox< no role > of the
Parish aforesaid Yeoman maketh Oath that on the
Twenty seventh Day of August last Elizabeth
abrahams< no role > (Wife of Jacob abrahams< no role > of the Parish
aforesaid Yeoman) the Prosecutor above named was
delivered by this Deponent and that the said
Elizabeth abrahams< no role > is more so very weak that it
would on danger her Life to attend the Court to
give Evidence in the abovementioned Prosecutions
but will certainly attend at next Sessions
