Middlesex


At the General Session of the peace of one Lord
the king holden for the County of Middlesex at Hicks
Hall in Saint John Street in the said County by adjournment
on Saturday the Tenthday of September in the
Fourteenth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord
George the Third by the Grace of God king of great
Britain Etc

Articles of the peace being Exhibited to this Court
upon the Oath of Elizabeth< no role > the wife of James Coldstream< no role >
against the said James Cold stream for fear of Death
or some great bodily hurt It is ordered that he have
Notice thereof forthwith and that unless he shew good
cause to the Conston Tuesday next why the said Articles
ought not to be received and filed process will be issued
against him to compel him to put in good Luraties of the
peace towards the Complainant the rest of his
Majesties Subjects as the Law requires
