Thomas Davis< no role > of Fleet Lane in the parish of Saint Sepulchre
in the City of London Ingraver Maketh Oath That he this Deponent
did on Wednesday the Thirty first day of August last past Serve the
above named prosecutor John Randall< no role > with the Notice in Writing
hereto annexed purporting that the above named Defendant
[..] tended to Try their Traverse on an Indictment preferred against
them by the said John Randall< no role > at the General Quarter Session of
the peace of our Lord the King holden in and for the said County
of Middlesex at Hicks Hall in Saint John Street On Monday the
Eighteenth day of October One thousand Seven hundred and Seventy
Three and that the said Traverse would be Tryed on Tuesday the
Sixth day of September the next at Eight of the Clock in the forenoon
of the same day At the General Session of the peace to be held in and
for the said County of Middlesex at Hicks Hall in Saint John
Street aforesaid by delivering to and leaving with Samuel
Randall
