Take Notice That We the above named
Defendants intend to Try our Traverse on an Indictment
preferred against as by you at the General Quarter
Session of the peace of our Lord the King holden in
and for the said County of Middlesex at Hicks Hall
in Saint John Street On Monday the Eighteenth day
of October One thousand Seven hundred and Seventy
Three and that the said Traverse will be Tryed On
Tuesday the Sixth day of September next at Eight
of the Clock in the forenoon of the same day at
the General Session of the peace to be held in and for
the said County of Middlesex at Hicks Hall in Saint
John Street aforesaid Dated this Thirty first day of
August 1774.
