Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Carshalton
in the County
of Surrey

That

for the County of Middlesex
aforesaid
upon Complaint made to them by the Church Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Matthew Bethnal Green
in the County
of Middlesex
that
Elizabeth Whitbourne< no role >
Wife
of
Francis Whitebourne< no role >
who was gone away and left her quite Destitute and unprovided for
had come to Inhabit in the said Parish of Saint Matthew
Bethnal
Green
not having gained a legal Settlement there nor
produced any Certificate owning her to be Settled elsewhere and
was become chargeable to the same Did by an Order or Warrant
of Removal under their Hands and Seals bearing Date the
Thirteenth Day of December last Order the said

to be removed and conveyed from and out of the said Parish of Saint
Matthew
Bethnal Green
to the said Parish of Carshalton
as the
Place of her last legal Settlement.
That the said Elizabeth Whitbourne< no role >
by virtue of the said
Order hath been removed and conveyed from the said Parish of Saint
Matthew
Bethnal Green
to the said Parish of Carshalton
where
she now remains Chargeable to the same Parish
Your Petitioners Apprehending themselves
Aggrieved by the said Order or Warrant of Removal
made by the said two Justices as aforesaid do
therefore humbly Appeal against the same
