Proposals to Mr. Friend

To consider the Wall as the property of [..] the County and to grant
themMr. Friend a Lease of the same for such term asthey shallhe may require

And as it is apprehended the wooden building belonging to
Mr Friend may be dangerous in case of fire to the part

Mr. Friend will run up a Brick wall above the building
belonging to the Goal at his own expence to guard
against such danger. and as he will receive a considerable
benefit from the under part of the wall

And as it may stop up the lights in the building belonging
to Mr. Nightingaleit is desired thatWind our may easily he
made in that part of the building touching into his
own yard which is conceived will be also much
more agreable and convenient to the tenant.
