That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the Hands and

being of the Quorum) bearing date the 9th. day of November 1773

Parish of Saint Mary Whitechapel
in the County of Middlesex
to the
said Parish of Saint Luke as the place of the last legal Settlement of
the said

whereby Your Petitioners conceive themselves
to be Aggrieved.
Your Petitioners therefore humbly Appeal to this Court
against the said Pass Warrant or Order of the said two Justices
and pray Your Worships will please to appoint some day in this
present Session for the hearing and determining the said Appeal
and to Order that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the said Parish of Saint Mary White Chapel
and all Persons
concerned do then attend this Court.
