that the Benefit of his said Appeal be saved untothemhim and that the hearing
and determining thereof be and the same is hereby adjourned until the next
General Session of the Peace to be hold on for this County And that on Notice hereof
in the mean Time to be given to the said John Hughes< no role > he and all Persons
concerned do attend the Court at Hicks-Hall aforesaid on Thurday the Ninth
day of December next at Eight of the Clock in the forenoon of the same day
to hear and abide the Judgment and Determination of the said Court touching
the saidCourtAppeal
