the Parish of Saint James
within the Liberty of Westminster

to the said Parish of Saint Anne
Alledging the said Parish of Saint Anneas the place of their last legal Settlemt.
to be the place of their last legal SettlementWhereby the Petitioners conceived them
selves aggrieved Now upon hearing of the said Appeal in the Presence and hearing
of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint James Westminster
aforesaid and they Consenting by their Councel to the Allowing of the said Appeal
It is Ordered that the said Appeal be and the same is hereby Allowed and the said
Order aspass Warrant or Order of the said Two Justices is hereby Vacated and set aside And
it is further Ordered that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of Saint Ann
do forthwith Convey and Deliver back the said
Ralph Gibbons< no role >
and Catherine his Wife (together with a Copy of this Order)
unto the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint
James or to some or one of them who are hereby required to receive and provide
for the said Ralph Gibbons< no role >
and Catherine his Wife untill they can free themselves
from the charge thereof by due Cause of Law.
