The humble Petition and Appeal of the Church
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
Christ Church in the County of Surry

Sheweth

That by a Warrants or Orders under the Hands and
Seals of Benf. Camper Equire and John Sherwood< no role > Esquire
two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace in and for the
County of Middlesex from whereof a of the quorum
bearing Date the 13th day of October 1773. Thomas Carder< no role >
who in Insane and Mary < no role > his Wife and then Child
Thomas < no role > Aged three Year upwards.waswere removed and
conserved from the Parish of St. Mary What Chapel in
the said County of Middlesex to the Parish of Christs
Church in the sd. County of Sury as the place of
there last legal Settlement

Your Petitioners conceiving themselves
aggrieved by the said Order. of Removal do
humbly Appeal to this Count, againsts
the same, praying such Relief in the
Premises as to the Court shall seem meet
