To the Worshipfull His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the
County of Middlesex in their General Quarter Session of the
Peace by Adjournment at Hicks Hall in the Said County
Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. George Hanover Square
within the Liberty of Westminster in the said County

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the Hands and
Seals of Philip Dyoland< no role > John Cox< no role > Esquires Two of His Majesty's
Justices of the Peace the County of Middlesex One whereof
being of the Quorum) bearing date the first day of October One
Thousand Seven Hundred and Seventy One Peter Morgan< no role >
was removed from the Parish of Saint Giles in the Fields
in the County of Middlesex to the Parish of Saint George
Hanover Square within the said Liberty and County and
the Place of his last legal Settlement Whereby your
Petitioners conceive themselves aggrieved and Appeal to the
Court against the same

Therefore Humbly pray this Court will Please to appoint
a time in this Present Session Hear and Determine the
said Appeals And that all persons concerned may then
attend
