Deft having Pleaded last Session could into Recogns. to appear
and try his Traverse this Session Which he did Yesterday
and made Prosll. Satisfaction: when the Court took of the
Money £40 and ses 1s.

Therefore as Defendt has come in
and tryed his Traverse made the
Proll Satisfaction & as the Estreat
is not yet gone mile the Exchequer
