At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our
Sovereign Lord the King holden for the County of
Middlesex at Hicks Hall in Saint John Street
in the County aforesaid by Adjournment on Monday
the Twenty First Day of October in the Eleventh Year
of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Third
King of Great Britain Etc

It is Ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Giles in the
Fields in the County of Middlesex have Notice of this
Petition and Appeal And that they and all Persons
Concerned do attend this Court on Thursday next at
Nine o' Clock in the forenoon to hear abide the
Judgment and Determination of the said Court
touching the said Appeal
