At the General Session of the Peace of our Lord the King
holden for the County of Middlesex at Hicks Hall in Saint
John Street in the Said County (by Adjournment) on Thursday.
the Fifth day of December in the Twelfth year of the Reign
of our Sovereign Lord George the Third King of Great
Britain Etc

It is Ordered that the final hearing and determining of the
matter of a Petition exhibited by James Young< no role > of His Majesty's
Victualling office Master Cooper against John Collin< no role > Son of
Luke Collins< no role > his Apprentice Do Stand Peremptorily adjourned untill
the next General Quarter Session of the Peace to be held for this County
and that on Notice hereof in the Mean time to be given to the Said John
Collins
< no role > they and all Persons concerned Do attend the Court at
Hicks Hall aforesaid on Thursday the Ninth day of January next
at Ten of the Clock in the forenoon of the same day to hear and abide
the Judgment and determination of the Said Court touching
the said Petition
